Initially most customers where only running CR80 cards on this machine, but due to the decrease of the value and increase of production cost of the cards, the manufacturers started to introduce new products (like multi-panel cards) with varying dimensions. Packaging solutions
On the wrappers for flat products Sollas can handle single products (0.3 mm thickness) or stacks of products with speeds up to 500 per minute. To complete the range of equipment, Sollas can offer many options like feeders, insert applicators, fanfold units, downstream stackers, camera systems, labelling units etc. Furthermore we can offer complete production line solutions where the Sollas machine will be integrated with a personalisation machine and a bundling machine.
