Sollas SB300S – GMP-compliant stretch-bander
The new Sollas SB300S is intended as a high-end solution for the most demanding customers in the pharmaceutical industry. This fully automatic stretch-banding machine is suitable for stretch-banding cartons and similar in polyethylene film (PE). When equipped with servo driven sealing jaw and hold down plate, it can reach an output of 60 cycles per minute.
The Sollas SB300S stands out in particular for its flexibility with change-over times as low as 5 minutes by means of the very competitively priced “click-on” change parts. Like all Sollas machines the SB300S can easily be integrated with upstream collating devices and downstream equipment like cartoners etc.
