Since many years Sollas is supplying packaging machines for the digital media. Because we are so active in this industry we are always one of the first to be consulted in the latest packaging requirements and trends. Sollas was involved in the development of the market from cassettes to CD’s to DVD’s to Blue Ray discs.

Because of the rapid changes in this market, our machines are very flexible and easy to adapt at a later date. Our machines can handle jewel cases, Amaray boxes, super jewel boxes, digipacks, slim cases or blue rays discs but also bundle packs in sleeves. The delivery program ranges from straight forward low speed machines, to sophisticated high speed equipment.

Easy change over makes the Sollas overwrappers particularly suitable for production with many different products. Robust construction ensures low maintenance and long life span.

Packaging solutions

Sollas can supply stand-alone machines but also integrated solutions. Media products can be handled as singles or in bundles. For this purpose we can offer, in addition to the basic machine, a variety of collating, turning and tilting devices. It is even possible to apply a band instead of a full wrap.
