Sollas overwrapping machines are well known for their flexibility, ease of operation and rapid product change overs. To maintain our leading position as innovator in overwrapping, we are constantly improving our machinery. The latest developments are quick change devices for the machine pusher and the sealing bar. 
These quick change devices were designed to eliminate the use of tools and to reduce the change over times even more.
A big advantage of these devices is that not only
can they be applied as an accessory on new machines but also as an add-on for existing machines. And what is more: they can be used with the available change parts! As a result of this, you will be able to use the change parts of your old machines also on your new Sollas.
The quick change sets can be used for all Sollas 20 and S-series machines, both new and existing. The only restriction for the pusher is that for products of 35 mm and lower, the infeed table should be clear of product guides or brushes.
